The Aero Club was formed to provide students, faculty, and staff the
opportunity to obtain flight instruction and ultimately a private's pilot
license for at least half of what it costs elsewhere. The club currently owns a
1975 Cessna 150M, which may be rented for $30 ($40 for non-UTSI member) an hour.
The club has 5 flight instructors available to provide flight instruction
whenever student schedules permit. The club house is located at the Tullahoma
Airport and members have unlimited access to it and to the aircraft. There is a
yearly membership fee of $60 (non-UTSI member $80). For more information,
